Launches dumbfire rockets at the target. Easy to dodge, but doesn't require LOS.
Pretty great if you get it early, just strapped another rocket launcher to the thing, same reload speed, but less accurate for more damage. The successor to the Light Rocket Artillery (see that page for general overview of the various rocket artilleries).
