The Devastator C3 was one of the last pre-war units released from active duty. It combines good maneuverability with decent armour.
Obtained through: Find Kimi and his Grab-a-Ride invention. Ask him to explain what it is, then pick the 'Raider' & 'Devastator' options. Costs 80 bolts, +40 for the optional weaponry (1x Medium Railgun, 1x 60mm Autocannon).
